We have a packed programme throughout the day with demonstrations from some of Cornwall’s top chefs in our chef’s kitchen and an asparagus talk from the largest growers in Cornwall, John and Jenny Keeler.
Come and be inspired by chefs from all over Cornwall as they show how to turn this fabulous Cornish ingredient into tasty dishes. Recipe cards and ingredients will be available on the day, including Cornish asparagus from the Keelers and a variety of fresh, local produce from our key suppliers, allowing you to take recipes away and cook the dishes at home!
The Cornwall Asparagus Festival on the 27th May – At the Penventon Park Hotel in Cornwall, Spa, Restaurant and Hotel
